Rates

Room rates range from $150 to $400 per night, double occupancy, depending on the room and season, with $50 additional for an extra person in a room. New Jersey tax is additional and will be applied to the total. Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but will be fully disclosed at time of booking.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required when you make your reservation for two or more nights, with the balance being due at check in. A full deposit is required if you reserve one night.

Cancellations

Cancellations 21 days prior to your reservation will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel any time less than three weeks before your scheduled reservation you will only be refunded your deposit minus the $25 administrative fee if we can re-rent the room.

Weather-related cancellations; we will only waive our cancellation policy for an event that has been declared a State of Emergency or when a mandatory evacuation has been ordered.

Check-In

Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm (later check-ins can be arranged), and check-out is promptly at 11am.

Policies

Children 12 and up are welcome.

The Inn is a totally non-smoking bed and breakfast, both inside and outside. Smoking can be enjoyed at the adjacent park with barbecues, picnic tables and a playground.

Sorry, but the Inn cannot accommodate pets.
