Just steps away from the Main House is the Cottage that features a bright sun room and hospitality center.

If you’re seeking private accommodations for a party of several couples or a larger family, we suggest booking all three of the Cottage’s rooms simultaneously to gain exclusive access to the property.

Your options in Cottage accommodations:

Bella Nicole Room: Formal and romantic with a skylight and cathedral ceiling, it’s located on the first floor. The room features a queen-size bed and furniture in antique dark oak, wicker and marble as well as a fireplace for the cooler seasons. A tiled bathroom is attached, complete with a relaxing, two-person whirlpool, a separate shower and heated floor. Singles or couples including newlyweds can enjoy this room on its own.

Joanna Rose Room: Located on the first floor, this lovely, light and airy room features a skylight and cathedral ceiling and includes a queen bed plus white wicker furniture. Guests can access the attached tiled bathroom with a shower. The Joanna Rose Room can be used as part of a family suite or as a single room; a hospitality center is available in a sunlit common area.

Samantha Ann Room: Romantic, bright and serene, it’s located on the first floor and looks out onto Kiwanis Park on Madison Avenue. Elegantly appointed with a white brass king-size bed and a cozy sitting area around a fireplace for the cooler season, the room offers a private tiled bathroom with a two-person shower. It is perfect for newlyweds or for special occasions.

Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.

Policies

Check-In

Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm (later check-ins can be arranged), and check-out is promptly at 11am.

Non-Smoking

The Inn is a totally non-smoking bed and breakfast, both inside and outside. Smoking can be enjoyed at the adjacent park with barbecues, picnic tables and a playground.

Pets

Sorry, but the Inn cannot accommodate pets.

Cancellations

Cancellations 14 days prior to your reservation will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel any time less than two weeks before your scheduled reservation you will only be refunded your deposit minus the $25 administrative fee if we can re-rent the room.
